Cucuzza-Ground meat Casserole

Cucuzza is a Italian squash-like vegetable that grows well over 4 feet. I was presented with a 4.5foot cucuzza which is very interesting to peel. Now to add the cheese and italian bread crumbs. Then another 20 minutes till golden brown and a Italian treat is complete. Watch for finish product pictures. Ray
